Two-day youth festival opens in Kishoreganj

A two-day youth festival has started in Kishoreganj with the slogan "Let's change the country, change the world".
Last Saturday (January 18) morning, Deputy Commissioner Fauzia Khan officially inaugurated the festival at the city's old stadium.
District Civil Surgeon was present at the time. Dr Saiful Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police Mukit Sarkar, District Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Professor Ramjan Ali and senior officials of the administration.
A total of 40 stalls are participating in this year's festival, where native pies, books, handicrafts, cottage industry, cosmetics, fast food, blood group diagnosis and other services are displayed. In these stalls, young entrepreneurs are displaying their products, which are helpful for their business and self-reliance.
In the opening speech, Deputy Commissioner Fauzia Khan said, 'The main objective of the government for the youth is to create employment and develop them as entrepreneurs. Such a platform is very important for those who have acquired skills through training, to market their products.
Entrepreneurs participating in the fair said that such initiatives will make their business approach more professional and open up new horizons of creativity.
