Doa mahfil on 89th birth anniv of Ziaur Rahman in Golando

On the occasion of the 89th birth anniversary of the founder of BNP, Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman, a doa mahfil was held at Goalando in Rajbari.
On Monday afternoon, the supporters of BNP Rajbari-1 Constituency Ali Newaz Mahmud Khayyam Panthi organized a doa mahfil in front of the temporary office of Upazila BNP adjacent to Goalando railway station.
Former President of Goalando Upazila BNP and Member of Convening Committee of District BNP. Under the chairmanship of Sultanur Islam Munnu Molla, the former general secretary of Municipal BNP Shahidul Islam Babul, joint convener of the district youth party Md. Murad Al Reza, former member secretary of Upazila BNP Nazirul Islam Titas, former president of Upazila Krishak Dal. Rustam Ali Molla, Upazila Chhatra Dal President Rezaul Hasan Mithu, Municipal Chhatra Dal General Secretary Muktar Mahmud and other leaders of upazila, municipal and union levels.
In the doa mahfil, former President Shahid Ziaur Rahman and Arafat Rahman Koko were prayed for. Besides, special prayers were offered for the health and longevity of three-time former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia and BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman, who were undergoing treatment in London.
