Following the previous dispute, an incident of attack-vandalism and looting of Aleya Community Center took place in Farhad Nagar Bhorbazar of Feni Sadar Upazila in the dark of night.

Mayin Uddin (30) filed a case against 10/12 persons including unidentified persons. After Monday's hearing, the Senior Judicial Magistrate and Administrative Court Judge of Feni ordered the PBI to take cognizance of the case (FCR 25/2025) and submit an investigation report.

According to the affidavit of the case, the plaintiff has been doing business for a long time through his 2 sons, who have been doing business for a long time through his 2 sons, after the plaintiff's son named Alea Community Center in his own place at Bhor Bazar, Dakshin Farhad Nagar, under the name Alea Community Center. Stops the activities of the center. As a result, now the plaintiff is living in Feni with his family.

On this occasion, on Friday at 1:00 a.m., unknown 10/12 terrorists led by accused No. 1 and 2, armed with indigenous weapons, vandalized Pak's house at the back of Aliya Community Center and caused a loss of 3 lakh taka.

Meanwhile, the defendants created a frightening situation and took away 200 plastic chairs worth Tk 1 lakh, 50 wooden tables worth Tk 1 lakh, 50 iron table stands worth Tk 1 lakh, decorative cloth worth Tk 90 thousand, kept in the godown of the community center. 50 large aluminum bottles with an estimated value of one and a half lakh taka, 400 glass plates with a value of taka 40 thousand, 16 large ceiling fans worth 9 lakh 10 thousand taka, various types of bowls and spoons worth about 50 thousand taka, 18 wall fans worth 90 thousand taka, 26 LED lights worth 10 thousand taka, water motors 1 which is worth 12 thousand taka, house tin and tree which is estimated to be worth 1 lakh taka along with a total of goods worth 9 lakh 33 thousand taka by robbing the pick-up car from the north side of the market. It was taken to the place. At that time, the local people saw it but did not protest because of fear.

Later, the plaintiff came to know about the incident and visited the spot in the morning to learn about the incident.

Anwar Hossain Bhuia, the lawyer of the plaintiff, said that the court ordered the PBI to submit the investigation report after taking the case into consideration.
