Mohipur Jubo League Leader Arrested in Operation Devil Hunt

Like the rest of the country, Operation Devil Hunt is being carried out in Kalapara, Patuakhali. As part of this operation, Mohipur Thana Jubo League member and Mohipur Union Parishad (UP) member Md. Mamun Howlader (45) was arrested by Mohipur police on Monday night.
According to Mohipur police, the nationwide Operation Devil Hunt was conducted at around 2 AM last night. During this operation, Jubo League leader and UP member Md. Mamun Howlader was arrested from his residence.
Mohipur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Tarikul Islam stated, “He was arrested during Operation Devil Hunt and shown as detained in a regular case before being sent to the court. Our operation will continue as per further directives.”
