International Indigenous Day was celebrated in Gaibandha with the theme ' artificial intelligence in establishing the rights of the indigenous people and the formation of the future '.
On the occasion, a program was organized on Saturday at the Satana Alora Ghar School grounds of Kamdia Union of Govindganj upazila.
With the help of the Foundation for the people, 'We are the ones' and 'resort' jointly organized the event. In the morning, Santal men and women took part in a colorful procession with their traditional clothing. Then discussions, sports and cultural events were served.

The speakers said that the overall development of the country is not possible by keeping the indigenous people behind.
