Human chain demanding release of funds allocated for starting ‘Shyampur Sugar Mill’ in Rangpur

A human chain was held in Shyampur Battala on Wednesday at the initiative of Shyampur Sugar Mill Launching Movement Parishad, demanding release of funds allocated for starting Shyampur Sugar Mill in Rangpur.
At that time, former chairman of Shyampur Gopalpur Union Parishad and Krishak Samity Rangpur District General Secretary Altaf Hossain, Joint General Secretary Kafi Sarkar, leaders of Shyampur Sugar Mill Launching Movement Parishad, as well as businessmen and locals of Shyampur Sugar Mill area spoke at the human chain event.
The speakers at the human chain rally demanded that the funds allocated for starting Shyampur Sugar Mill be released soon and arrangements be made to start Shyampur Sugar Mill.
