Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmad Khan said that the university's education program will be started quickly based on consensus after evaluating the students' thoughts and opinions.

For this purpose, after the exchange of views with the students at the hall level, the views will also be exchanged with the student representatives and related parties at the department and institute level.

He said this while interacting with the student representatives of Muhammad Shahidullah Hall, Kavi Sufia Kamal Hall, Amar Ekushey Hall and Fazlul Haque Muslim Hall on Monday evening.

Meanwhile, the Treasurer of the university, Professor Dr. Mohammad Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Proctor Associate Professor Saifuddin Ahmed along with Principal and resident teachers of the respective halls were present.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmad Khan said that the university administration is working to ensure order in the halls and security in the campus with the aim of starting the educational program of the university at the earliest. As a result of the discussion with the students, several issues have already come up, which the administration is seriously considering. A roadmap is being developed to start the education program at the earliest through ongoing consultation with teachers and students. In this case, the Vice-Chancellor appealed to the students to be patient and cooperate with the administration.

During this time, the students made recommendations on the overall issues of the hall, including ensuring the security of the campus, speeding up the internal transport system, drug-free campus and removal of vagrants, increasing the number of seats in the hall and constructing new buildings, stopping the practice of common rooms, improving the quality of food, high-speed internet and free WiFi connection. expressed his opinion.

It should be noted that in order to speed up the education program of Dhaka University, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmad Khan has been going to hall to hall and exchanging views with students since August 31.

Students expressed their satisfaction with his good manners, sincerity, attractive personality and contemporary guidance. The students said that they will fully cooperate with the Vice-Chancellor to ensure a fair environment for the education of the university. The Vice-Chancellor has already visited Freedom Fighter Ziaur Rahman Hall, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall, Vijay Ekatar Hall, Rokeya Hall, Shamsun Nahar Hall, Bangladesh-Kuwait Friendship Hall and Bangmata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Hall and interacted with the students.
