14th founding anniv of Binoybashi Shilpi Gosthi celebrated in Boalkhali

The 14th founding anniversary of the folk cultural organisation Binoybashi Shilpi Gosthi was celebrated in Boalkhali through various events.
On Friday at 11 am, drumming, music, recitations and discussions include the events organized on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the Binoybashi Shilpi Gosthi, an organization established in memory of the famous dhol player of the subcontinent who won the Ekushe Padak.
A discussion meeting was held under the chairmanship of President Anupam Barua Paru, presented by Md Askander, Co-Cultural Secretary of Binoybashi Shilpi Gosthi.
The meeting was attended by the vice president of Chattogram Metropolitan Journalist Association and the editor and publisher of Daily Ekatar Sangbad Suman Sen, the former president of Boalkhali Press Club, journalist Adhir Barua. Welcome speech was given by Biplab Jaldas, General Secretary of Binoybashi Shilpi Gosthi, artist and organizer.
In the beginning, the event was auspiciously started with the drumming of the international dhol player Babul Jaldas, son of Binoybashi. Then music was performed by - Bidhan Das, singer of Bangladesh Television and Betar Center - singer Kalipado Das, Dolan Jaldas assisted on tabla, Anik Das on Mandira.
