A day-long training session on “Online Submission of Citizen Charter Reports” was organized by the Gopalganj Public Works Zone to enhance service quality and efficiency in the workplace. Engineers from various districts under the zone participated in the event.
The training began at 10:00 am on Wednesday in the conference room of the Gopalganj Public Works Zone. Additional Chief Engineer of the zone, Kazi Wasif Ahmad, attended as the keynote speaker and provided participants with hands-on guidance.
The program was presided over by Supervising Engineer Md. Bahadur Ali. Also present were Executive Engineer (E/M P&D Department) Md. Abu Sufian Mahbub, Executive Engineer (Staff Officer) Nahid Afroz, Executive Engineer Md. Saifuzzaman Chunnu (Faridpur Public Works Division & Rajbari Public Works Division – Additional Charge), Executive Engineer Abdullah Al Mamun (Madaripur Public Works Division), and Executive Engineer Sharmin Akter (Shariatpur Public Works Division).
In addition, sub-divisional engineers and sub-assistant engineers from various public works divisions took part in the training.
Participants highlighted the importance of such training for enhancing professional skills and urged for the continuation of similar training programs on a regular basis in the future.
