India PM Modi greets Hasina on Eid-ul-Azha

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted his Bangladeshi counterpart Sheikh Hasina ahead of the Holy Eid-ul-Azha, highlighting that the Muslim festival symbolises sacrifice, compassion and brotherhood.
The three values are “essential in building a peaceful and inclusive world,” Modi said in the letter adding that Eid-ul-Azha is also an integral part of multi-cultural heritage.
India’s three-time prime minister also wished Hasina’s good health and well-being, the Indian High Commission said.
