World Handwashing Day celebrated in Baraigram

World Handwashing Day was celebrated in Baraigram Upazila of Natore recently .
A colourful rally and discussion meeting was held on the initiative of Upazila Administration and Upazila Public Health Engineering Department on Monday last. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Laila Jannatul Ferdous presided over the meeting held at the Upazila Parishad Auditorium and Upazila Youth Development Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam conducted it.
Assistant Commissioner (Lands) Md Ashraful Islam, Upazila Fisheries Officer Abdul Halim, Upazila Primary Education Officer Md Mizanur Rahman, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Abdur Rauf, Upazila Public Health Officer Deputy Assistant Engineer Md Saikat Hossain spoke at the meeting..
Besides, heads of various departments, teachers and students of educational institutions, local dignitaries were present there. In the meeting, hand washing materials were distributed among the teachers and students of the educational institution.
