The Bangladesh High Commissioner to India held a view exchange meeting at Tamabil in Gowainghat, Sylhet on Tuesday afternoon.
High Commissioner M. Riaz Hamidullah delivered a speech at the view exchange meeting held at the Conference Room of the administrative building of Tamabil Land Port, with the participation of Tamabil land port stakeholders, local administration, and the business community.
At that time, Bangladesh’s Assistant High Commissioner in Guwahati, India, Ruhul Amin; Administrative Officer Mr. Amlan Jyoti Barua; Trade and Protocol Officer Mr. Azharul Alam; Accounts Officer Rahidul Islam; and others were present.
After the view exchange meeting, the High Commissioner and his entourage visited the Tamabil mass killing site and Tamabil customs. In the afternoon, he returned to India with his entourage through the Tamabil land port.
