Victory Day celebrated with various events in Noakhali

The great Victory Day was celebrated in Noakhali with various arrangements and due dignity.
The district administration organized various programs throughout the day. On the occasion of the day, the day was auspiciously started with a 31-gun salute at the Noakhali District School Ground at sunrise on Tuesday.
Then, wreaths were placed at the memorial of the martyred freedom fighters by the Deputy Commissioner, police administration, Freedom Fighters' Association, and all government, non-government, autonomous institutions and various organizations.
Noakhali Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, Superintendent of Police TM Mosharraf Hossain, senior officials of various departments of the district, heroic freedom fighters and leaders of various social organizations were present at the time.
At 9 am, the national flag was hoisted at Shaheed Bhulu Stadium, a colorful parade and physical exercise display were held, honors were given to the brave freedom fighters, a painting competition for children and teenagers, a discussion meeting based on the Liberation War, prayers for the departed souls of the brave freedom fighters, sports were organized, and lighting was done.
