In Palash upazila of Narsingdi, Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Md. Rabiul Alam has taken various initiatives including regular inspection of schools to focus on education of primary and secondary school students. He directed the formation of language clubs in all primary and secondary schools of the upazila to cut the inertia of the students.

Apart from this, special importance is being given to how the students who have been affected by Corona can focus on their studies again and go to school. UNO is going to visit various schools of the upazila, ignoring the cold current, with the aim of advancing the implementation of standardized primary and secondary education to increase the quality of education.

Apart from this, the teachers are monitoring how the students are taught in the classes, including regularly hoisting the national flag, playing the national anthem and doing physical exercises. Teachers, students and parents feel that the quality of education is increasing by doing this, students become more active. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Rabiul Alam is holding regular meetings with teachers to implement quality primary and secondary education.

Upazila Assistant Education Officer Dilruba Yachmin said that the Upazila Nirbahi Officer's sincerity to encourage the primary school students is commendable. I think that the quality of education in Palash Upazila will increase further.

This allows students to share their views directly with UNO. Library activities have also been made compulsory in every school. Emphasis is on reading books. We have already started activities in debate competition. We have taken steps so that the student who always sits in the back bench can also sit in the front bench. We are providing sports equipment to every school.
