Porsha Thana Police arrested three people including a cow thief named Kubed Ali (25) and two drug dealers named Saijul Islam (30) and Milan (33) in Porsha, Naogaon on Wednesday.
The arrested Kubed is the son of the late Mosharraf Hossain of Kalaibari village, and Saijul is the son of the late Shukur Mohammad of Goala (Koyenda) village of Sapahar upazila, and Milan is the son of the late Shukur Mohammad of Khottapara (Haripara) village.
Of these, Kubed was arrested from the Kalaibari Mahila Madrasa area and the two drug dealers were arrested from a solar pump shed in Badkoyenda area of Porsha upazila with 15 pieces of Tapentadol tablets. During this, 1,760 taka cash for drug sales was found with them.
A case has been filed in the police station in this regard and the arrested will be sent to jail, confirmed Police Station OC Abu Bakar Siddique.
