Turbulent public administration in decision-making crisis

Since the Interim Government led by Dr Muhammad Yunus took over, reforms have been underway in the public administration. Changes are going on in important positions. Many have been dismissed from their jobs. Some are Officers on Special Duty (OSDs). At the same time, the officials who were deprived during the previous government are being promoted and posted in important places.
While doing these things, the Interim Government has given birth to various discussions. Many deserving and deprived officials protested that they did not get promotion, appointment to important posts due to decision-making deadlock.
Officials expressed their anger in an unprecedented manner. This creates chaos in the administration. Although later there was an attempt to correct the decision by the concerned departments.
