TCB Smart Family Cards distributed, activation held in Gopalganj

The second phase of the distribution and activation of TCB Smart Family Cards was held in Gopalganj. The event took place on Thursday morning, organized by the Gopalganj Municipality.
The chief guest at the event was the District Administrator and Honorable District Magistrate (Joint Secretary) Muhammad Kamruzzaman. The program was chaired by Gopalganj Municipal Administrator and Deputy Director of the Local Government Department (Deputy Secretary) Bishwajit Kumar Pal.
Special guests included Additional District Administrator (General) Md. Golam Kabir, District Primary Education Officer Mosha. Josna Khatun, Executive Magistrate Shahriar Ahmed, Police Inspector Md. Matiar Rahman, along with various municipal officials and employees, beneficiary families, and journalists from print and electronic media in the district.
The event was conducted by Municipal Executive Officer S.M. Rakibul Islam.
Through the Smart Family Card, beneficiaries will be able to easily purchase TCB products at subsidized prices. Speakers expressed hope that this initiative would help control the market prices of essential commodities and make life easier for low-income individuals.
