Shuvoo, Sohini in ‘Lahu’

Popular Dhallywood actor Arifin Shuvoo and Kolkata’s Sohini Sarkar have paired up for an OTT project titled ‘Lahu’. Directed by Indian filmmaker Rahool Mukherjee, the shooting for the project will begin in Dhaka by the end of this month.
Bangladesh’s OTT platform Chorki began its journey in Kolkata in October. The web series ‘Lahu’ is their first project in Kolkata.
About the project, Shuvoo said, “I have read the script. I have sat with the director several times for the series. I hope there will be something good.”
“It is very good to think that Chorki has started working in India. The story of the series is completely different. The plot of ‘Lahu’ centered on a hilly area. I’m really hopeful for the project”, Sohini shared her feelings in this way.
