Serial rapist Rafsan arrested in Dinajpur

Police arrested serial rapist Rahmatur Rafsan Arnav. He was arrested outside the Dinajpur court on Thursday. There was an arrest warrant against him in a case of rape of a young woman filed at Dinajpur Sadar Police Station.
When asked, Dinajpur Kotwali Police Station OC Farid Hossain said that after the arrest, Rafsan was produced in the court from Dinajpur Sadar Police Station. The court ordered him to be sent to jail.
The name of this terrible Rafsan's father is Zahidul Islam. He is a police inspector. Currently, he is working in the anti-terrorism unit of the police.
