Scientific seminar on surgery held in Rangpur

Bangladesh SOSB organised a seminar on surgery at the initiative of expert doctors at Begum Rokeya Auditorium of RDRS on Saturday.
Prof. Dr. Maudud Hossain Alamgir, Prof. Dr. Khademul Islam and Prof. Dr. Anwar Hossain were special guests.
More than two hundred surgeons from Rangpur, Dinajpur, Nilphamari, Sylhet and Dhaka participated in the day-long seminar held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Javed Akhtar.
Prof Dr.AMSM Sharifuzzaman was the chief guest. He said that along with expert doctors, young surgeons have progressed a long way in the field of quality surgery. The society has taken the initiative of seminars at the district level to promote international standard surgery beyond Dhaka by ensuring patient safety.
