A woman was robbed off loan money on the way to home at Lalmohan.

The victim woman is Rasheda Begum.

The incident took place on Wednesday in Lalamohan Municipality's Western Para area. The victim of the robbery is Andha Md., a resident of Swanirbhar Road in Nayanigram area of Ward No. 4 of the municipality. Wife of Noor Islam. The woman is disoriented due to being robbed of the loan money.

Rasheda Begum said, there is an interest debt of two lakh taka. There is no loan of 33 thousand three hundred taka from Grameen Bank Lalmohan branch to pay that interest profit.

On Wednesday around 3 pm, on the way home with the money, I was stopped by an unidentified motorcyclist wearing a helmet while climbing on the wooden bridge in the Western neighborhood. At that time, the motorcyclist said - the signature of the loan is pending, for this I have to go to the office again. The unidentified motorcyclist took the money from me saying these things. He took the money and left quickly on his motorcycle.

He also said, after this incident, I went to the police station and reported the matter. I am already burdened with various debts. I can't tell you how to pay this money. My husband is blind in both eyes. I am living with the whole family in a hut built on someone else's land. In such a situation, I am disoriented as the robber took my money. I demand to identify the robber through proper investigation.

Grameen Bank Lalmohan Branch Manager. Shahidul Islam said, I heard that Rasheda Begum was robbed on her way back after taking a loan from the bank. If we need cooperation in the investigation of the law, we will do so.

SI of Lalmohan police station in this regard. Ariful Islam said that the victim came to the police station and reported the incident verbally. After that I visited the spot. I have continued all kinds of efforts to identify the robber.
