Reception to newly elected upazila parishad chairman, vice chairmen in Nawabganj

Under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Anisur Rahman, the newly elected chairman and vice chairmen of the 6th upazila parishad election in Nawabganj of Dinajpur were felicitated on Tuesday at the Upazila Parishad Hall.
Dinajpur-6 Constituency Member of Parliament Shibli Sadiq was present as the chief guest. Zilla Parishad Chairman Delwar Hossain, newly elected Upazila Parishad Chairman Tazwar Mohammad Fahim, Vice Chairman Ainul Haque Chowdhury, Female Vice Chairman Shabana Khatun, Police Station Officer-In-Charge (OC) Tawhidul Islam, Press Club President Md Sultan Mahmud and others spoke at the reception.
The newly- elected chairman and vice-chairmen from various government departments, social, voluntary organizations, educational institutions were felicitated with flowers at the reception.
Later, the newly elected members participated in the monthly meeting of the Upazila Parishad in the Upazila Parishad conference room.
