A reception and parents' gathering for meritorious students who achieved GPA-5 in the SSC 2025 examination was held in Subarnachar, Noakhali.
The reception was held on Wednesday morning at Char Clark High School, a traditional educational institution in Mohammadpur Union No. 8 of Subarnachar Upazila.
The ceremony was jointly conducted by the school's assistant teachers Mizanur Rahman and Tanvir Ahmed and chaired by the school's president Advocate A.N.M. Enam Hossain Manjur. The chief guest was Mizanur Rahman, supervisor of Subarnachar Upazila Secondary Education Academy.
The event was attended as special guests by former Greater Charklark Union Chairman Khairul Anam Selim, Mohammadpur Union Parishad Panel Chairman Mizanur Rahman Zia, school headmaster Chana Ullah B.K., Charklark Islamia Dakhil Madrasa President and former Union BNP General Secretary Mohib Ullah Babul, Destiny College lecturer Ala Uddin, prominent social worker M.S. Farid Akhtar, Mohammadpur Family Planning Director Mohammad Ali Ripon, local students, guardians and various political and social figures.
The guests presented crests and awards to the students who achieved GPA-5 at the event. In particular, student Tamjid Hossain was awarded a cash award of 50,000 taka by the school president, Advocate Enam Hossain Manju, in continuation of his announcement.
The students, parents, and guests present expressed their joy at receiving such a reception and awards for the meritorious students and thanked the school authorities.
