Protest rally, pocession held in Dakshin Surma

A protest rally and human chain programme was held in nazir bazar under South Surma Upazila Sylhet on Monday to demand the execution of exemplary punishment of Kris Dhar Krishna who ridiculed Prophet Muhammad (SM).
Muhtamim Maulana Zahid Hasan of Darul Quran Nazir Bazar Madrasa spoke as the chief guest at the rally after the protest procession organized by the Muslim community of Dakshin Surma, Bishnath and Osmaninagar in Sylhet.
Kurua Madrasa Principal Maulana Akhtar Ali presided and Chintamani Paschimpara Baitun Noor Jame Masjid Managing Committee Treasurer Sufian Khan addressed the rally. Former UP member Alkhach Ali, Hannan Mia, prominent philanthropist and educationist Habibur Rahman, politician and philanthropist Helal Ahmad, Jahangir Khan, Maulana Ehia addressed the rally.
Ahmad, Sabbir Ahmad, Kamran Khan, Churat Khan, Jamil Ahmad, Saddam Hussain, Farhan Ahmad, Chaydul, Fazlu Khan, Nizam Ahmad etc. are the merchants of the market and the devout Muslims of the area.
Speakers in the rally demanded the exemplary punishment of Kris Dhar Krishna who mocked Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and said that his comments have hurt the hearts of the entire Muslim nation. Which is totally unforgivable. The speakers urged the administration to carry out the execution immediately.
