Protest in Morrelganj demanding withdrawal of false cases

A protest and demonstration were held on Thursday, organized by the Upazila and Municipal units of BNP in Morrelganj to protest against the false and conspiratorial cases filed against BNP leaders from the Baraikhali Union and to demand their immediate withdrawal.
The chief guest at the event was Kazi Khairuzzaman Shipon, a BNP leader from the Bagerhat District and a nomination aspirant for the Bagerhat-4 (Morrelganj-Sarankhola) constituency. Among others who spoke at the event were Shahidul Haque Babul, Convenor of the Upazila BNP; Shikder Faridul Islam, Convenor of the Municipal BNP; Joint Convenor Asaduzzaman Milon; BNP leader Matiur Rahman Bacchu; and several other party leaders.
