Primary and Mass Education Ministry donates one-day salary to flood victims

Different departments and organizations under the Primary and Mass Education Ministry today donated money equivalent to their one-day salary to the Chief Adviser's Relief and Welfare Fund for mitigating the sufferings of the flood-affected people.
Primary and Mass Education Affairs Adviser Professor Dr. Bidhan Ranjan Roy Podder handed over a cheque for Taka 1.5 crore to the Chief Adviser's office here.
Secretary of the ministry Farid Ahmed and director general (DG) of the Directorate of Primary Education Md Abdus Samad were present at the time.
