Md Abdul Kader Mallick, son of deceased Zeher Ali Mallick of Jorshing (Patakhali) village, held a press conference to protest the filing of false report by Sub Inspector Md. Rajet Ali, the investigating officer of GR 46/25 case of Koyra Police Station in Khulna district. He raised such allegations through a press conference at 11 am on Sunday.
In a written statement at the press conference, the local Jahangir Hossain, Al Amin, Makshu Mallick, Nurullah Mallick, Aziaar Mallick, Delwar Mallick and others said that on March 21, 2025, due to previous enmity, the defendants illegally entered the house in a mob and beat me with the intention of killing me, causing bloody wounds, theft, indecent assault, threatening to kill me and my family members with broken bones and head injuries, and 6 teeth were knocked out due to the injuries. In that incident, some of my family members including me were seriously injured and received treatment at Jagir Mahal Health Complex. Later, when my son Jahidul's condition deteriorated, the doctor on duty sent him to Khulna Medical College Hospital for advanced treatment. Due to which my wife became the plaintiff and filed a case with Koira Police Station, whose number is GR-47/25.
He further said in the press conference that the above defendants fabricated false facts and filed a case against me and my sons at Koira Police Station, number GR 46/25. SI Rajet Ali investigated the case as the investigating officer of the said case. According to the description of the complaint and the medical certificate of Jagir Mahal Hospital, although there is no section 326 in the said case, SI Rajet Ali accepted a large bribe from the above defendants and submitted a charge sheet against me and us under their influence. The report submitted by the investigating officer of the said case, SI Md. Rajet Ali of Koira Police Station, being biased/influenced by my opponent and ignoring the medical certificate of the hospital, is completely untrue and collusive.
Although the medical certificate of Jagir Mahal Hospital mentions simple in nature in the comment column, the said investigating officer submitted a collusive report under the influence of the accused in the said case. Due to which I/we are being deprived of justice. I want justice from everyone, including the administration, in this matter.
