Lalmohan Upazila Health Complex is the only means of healthcare for the lower and middle classes people in the upazila.

Many people associated with the Upazila Health Complex have complained that UHFPO Dr Md Taybur Rahmsn is not willing to take any responsibility to solve the problem, and that he is passing the day fulfilling all the responsibilities in any way.

Some officials and staff of Upazila Health Complex, who did not wish to be named, said that the premises of the Upazila Health Complex have been dirty, untidy and water-logged for a long time.

As a result, there is a possibility that dengue mosquitoes can be born very easily. Even after reporting the matter to UHFPO, he is not taking any necessary action.

On the other hand, there is a shortage of doctors in this upazila health complex, but there is anger among the doctors due to the attachment of two doctors. Some doctors said on condition of anonymity that there is a shortage of doctors here. But UHFPO has assigned two doctors to the attachment. For this reason, we who are here are struggling to serve the patients.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, these doctors also said that important services like X-ray, ECG and ultrasonography are closed in the upazila health complex.

Besides, the operation theater of Upazila Health Complex is closed. Many of the patients who come to Lalmohan Upazila Health Complex are poor. Due to the closure of these services, patients are going to different diagnostic centers and getting tested for extra money. However, these services can be provided from Upazila Health Complex only if UHFPO is sincere. But his actions seem; He is not willing to take any responsibility, he is passing the day by fulfilling all the responsibilities.

An official of Lalmohan Upazila Health Complex said that the Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer (UHFPO) Dr. Md. Taibur Rahman. Even on the day he came to the office, he left the office at half past one. Because of which Bhola sees patients in his private chamber. But he is supposed to stay in the official residence of Upazila Health Complex. But because he is not living in that residence, his driver!

A staff of the Upazila Health Complex claims that the Lalmohan Upazila Health Complex area is extremely unsafe. Most of the boundaries here are broken. Due to which gamblers and drug addicts enter and hang out in these places in the dark of night. Due to this, the doctors, nurses and staff living in the government quarters of the Upazila Health Complex are suffering from insecurity. When asked, almohan Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer (UHFPO) Dr. Md. Taybur Rahman said that there is no drainage system in the hospital.
