B.M. Yusuf Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Popular Life Insurance Company Ltd., has been awarded with the “Distinguished Business Leadership Award 2025” for his outstanding contributions to the insurance sector.The award was presented as part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the Weekly Arthakantha, held at Hotel Sheraton in Dhaka. A total of 20 business leaders were recognised for their significant roles in advancing trade, commerce, and the national economy.The event was graced by Faez Ahmad Tayyeb, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser of the Interim government, as the Chief Guest. Notable guests included the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Bangladesh, André Kastelein, and the Ambassador of France, Marie Masdupuy. The programme was presided over by Enamul Haque Enam, Founder and Editor of Arthakantha.B.M.
