Old woman drowns while taking bath in Kaptai Hrid

An old woman named Kamrul Islam (55) drowned in the water while bathing in the ghat of her house like everyday.
On Monday morning at around ten o'clock, the old woman went to take a bath at the ghat by herself with a stick.
A young man named Suman saw her sinking and floating from the nearby ghat and ran and told the old woman's family. They went and could not find the old woman.
After searching through the local fishermen, the dead body of old woman Kamrul was found in the hands of Nazim, a diver of the same area.
A team of fire service including Longdu fire service officer Surya Alo Chakma was present at the spot.
Fire service and locals said that such problems have arisen due to his old age. People in the family are shocked at this situation.
