The Director General (DG) of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) AKM Shahidur Rahman said while visiting the Pujamandap in Narayanganj town that some Plotterer’s capitalized on a small incident and spread rumors that they have vandalized it before. Now we are ready from the beginning so that no one can do any sabotage.

Our cyber team and cyber team of intelligence agencies along with other law enforcement agencies are working. So that they can't use the cyber world to do any kind of sabotage by spreading rumours. Those who belong to Kuchakri Mahal will not be able to join us in any way. We have expressed their hateful attempts.

He said these while visiting Ramkrishna Mission Puja Mandap and Amlapara Sarvajanin Puja Mandap at Chasara in Narayanganj town on Friday afternoon.

At this time, Narayanganj District Superintendent of Police Pratyush Kumar Majumder, RAB-11 CEO Tanveer Mahmud Pasha, Narayanganj Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) Md. Tariqul Islam, Member Secretary of Narayanganj Mahanagar BNP. Abu Al Yusuf Khan Tipu, President of District Community Policing President Prabir Saha, Principal of Chasara Ramkrishna Mission Ashram Swami Eknathananda, President of District Puja Celebration Parishad Veer Muktijodha Journalist Shankar Kumar Dey, General Secretary Sikhan Sarkar Shipan, General Secretary of Deobhog Nagmahasoy Mandir Tarapad Achayar, Mahanagar Puja Udjakar Parishad president Bishnupad Saha, general secretary Sushil Das along with administration officials and Puja Udjabar Parishad leaders were present. 

RAB DG AKM Shahidur Rahman also said that in Bangladesh we people of all communities have been celebrating all our social, religious and other events together. We have a non-sectarian heritage. May our tradition always be right. In the same way, in the days to come, we people of all communities can observe social, religious principle events beautifully and peacefully.

But we are with you in this puja. Apart from RAB, law and order forces and armed forces are also present in the field. With the combined efforts of all of us, this year's Sharadiya Durga Puja will be more festive and beautiful. And we all have to be careful so that no unwanted and unpleasant incident happens.

Shahidur Rahman said, starting from Pooja Mahalaya, so far, except for two isolated incidents, no major untoward incident has happened. Let's hope the autumn festival will be completed peacefully. We are in the field till October 14. We strongly believe that we can celebrate this time beautifully.
