Newly -elected Jamaat leaders take oath in Rangpur

The newly elected Ameers of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Rangpur City as well as Rangpur district took their oath on Thursday afternoon in its 'Shapla Chattar office'.
Vice-Principal Maulana ATM Azom khan and Maulana Anamul Haque elected Ameers of Rangpur City and Rangpur District repectively for the session of 2027- 2028. The oath was guided by Maulana Abul Halim, the Central Assistant Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and the Director of Rangpur - Dinajpur region. The Maulana Mamtaz Uddin, the member of Central Working Committee and the Assistant Director of Rangpur region, Professor Golam Rabbani MP of Rangpur-5 constituency and other local leaders were present among others.
