New committee of BAU Journalists’ Assoc President Asik, GS Atik

The new executive committee of Bangladesh Agricultural University Journalists’ Association (BAUJA) 2023 has been formed. In the new committee with 15 members, Asikur Rahman, the university representative of Dainik Samakal newspaper, was elected as President and Atikur Rahman, the university representative of The Asian Age was elected as the General Secretary.
The election was held on Saturday noon at the office of BAU Journalists Association. The newly departed president Rakibul Hasan was chief election commissioner and former president of the organization Md. Din Mohammad Dinu and Md. Shahiduzzaman Sagar served as Assistant Election Commissioner.
Other members of the executive committee are the Vice President Md. Habibur Rahman Rony (Ajker Patrika), Joint-Secretary Taniul Karim Zim (Dainik Naya Shatabdi), Organizing Secretary Musaddiqul Islam Tanvir (Dhaka Post), Treasurer Ifte Kharul Islam Saikat (Dainik Khola Kagoj), Office Secretary Md. Aman Ullah (daily morning time), Press and Publication Secretary Esrat Jahan (Today's Business Bangladesh), Information and Technology Secretary Raihan Abid (Campus Live24), Sports and Cultural Secretary Sakiba Akhter Labonno (Barta Bazar).
Besides, members of the committee are Abul Bashar Miraj (Dainik Kaler Kantha), Shahin Sardar (Dainik Jugantar) and Md. Rafi Ullah (Today's Bangladesh), and Md. Abdul Awal Mia (Bangla Tribune) and Rakibul Hasan (Dainik Inqilab). as an executive member.
