Netherlands defeated Nepal by 6 wickets to win their opening match in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
Chasing 107 runs, the Orange Army was aided by Max O’Dowd, who scored 54 to take his team to a win. Vikramjit Singh scored 22 runs for the Dutch.
Earlier, Nepal were bowled out for 106 runs in 19.2 overs. Rohit Paudel was the top scorer with 35 runs coming from his bat.
Tim Pringle and Logan van Beek took three wickets each.
Paul van Meekeren and Bas de Leede dismissed two batters each.
