Muhitul, Fahim receive Golden Jubilee Medal of DU ISRT

Dhaka University Statistical Research and Teaching Institute (ISRT) student Md. Muhitul Alam and Abdullah-Al-Fahim jointly received Institute's Suvarna Jayanthi Medal-2023 for achieving highest CGPA in Honors examination.
University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Maksud Kamal present as the chief guest in the function organized at the institute auditorium on Wednesday and handed over medals and certificates to the awardees.
Director of the Institute Professor Dr. Tamanna Howlader, Dean of Science Faculty spoke at the event. Professor Dr. Zahida Gulshan. Md. Muhitul Alam expressed the feelings of the medal students.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Maksud Kamal congratulated and wished the medal winners for their success in the examination and said that the medal winners will be a source of inspiration for other students. He said that data science is related to education and research in all subjects. In today's age of information technology, any The need and importance of data science is immense to analyze the issues and make the right decisions. The Vice-Chancellor expressed hope that the students of the university, including the medal winners, will play a role in building a developed and prosperous nation.
