A month-long Cottage Industry and Trade Fair has commenced in Joypurhat.
A month-long Cottage Industry and Trade Fair has commenced in Joypurhat.
Organized by the Joypurhat Press Club, the fair was inaugurated on Thursday evening at the Truck Terminal premises in the town by District Administrator Afroza Akter Chowdhury.
Present at the event were Joypurhat Police Superintendent Muhammad Abdul Wahab, BNP Central Co-Organizing Secretary Obaydul Rahman Chandan, Joypurhat District BNP Convener Golzar Hossain, and Joypurhat Press Club President Abu Bakar Siddique, among others.
The fair features 40 stalls offering a variety of products, including handicrafts, textiles, cottage industry items, cosmetics, and toiletries. Additionally, various arrangements have been made for the entertainment and recreation of children and teenagers, including games and activities.
