Moheshkhali Forest Officer Zulfikar Ali gets National Purity Award

Moheshkhali Forest Officer Khan Zulfikar Ali was nominated for the National Purity Award 2022-2023 for protecting important resources (forests and forest land) at the cost of his life.
Ever since he joined Moheshkhali, he ignored anyone's bloodshot eyes, rose above fear, and performed the assigned duties with due dignity, as per the instructions of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
He has taken legal action against various criminals including those who destroy forest areas by setting up illegal sawmills, bonkheko, parabon exterminators, those who cut fields from the hills and freed the forest land made by clearing illegal sawmills, cutting parabons and shrimping.
The higher authorities of the forest department have been noticed for doing several commendable works including filing cases against the criminals and bringing them under the law.
Therefore Divisional Forest Officer, Coastal Forest Division Chittagong Mohammad Abdu Rahman, Chittagong Conservator of Forests, Vipul Krishna Das, and Chief Conservators of Forests have finally selected and awarded the crest for Purity Award 2023.
Moheshkhali Forest Officer Khan honoured Zulfiqar Ali by awarding him a self-styled crest in recognition of his commendable work.
