Memorial meeting on 35th death anniv of Major MA Jalil : Naming of Barishal Airport after his name demanded

The 35th memorial meeting of Major MA Jalil, one of the organisers of the great Liberation War was held at Journalist Zahur Hossain Chowdhury Auditorium iof Jatiya Press Club in the city on Saturday.
The chief guests at the memorial meeting was waa former minister and JSD President ASM Abdur Rob.
Sharif Nurul Ambia, Nazmul Haque Prodhan, Abul Hasib Khan, Rajequzzaman Ratan, Sardar Abdur Rashid, freedom fighter Naeem Jahangir, freedom fighter Md. Ziaul Kabir Dulu, Kamal Uddin Ahmed were present as special guests.
Barrister Romel Chowdhury, son-in-law of the late Major MA Jalil and Convener of the Major MA Jalil Memorial Council, presided over the meeting.
Speakers demanded that naming of Barishal Airport afrer the name of late Major MA Jalil due to his contributions.
