Massive corruption alleged : Umedar Lokman now 'godfather' at Sadar Sub-registry Office

Widespread corruption and irregularities have been alleged against Lokman Hossain, an Umader of Sadar Sub-registry Complex in Dhaka .
He has been allegedly taking huge money from deed givers, receiver and deed writers illegally every day. In addition, Omedar Lokman is also haressing registry office assistants, peons by making fake applicants in various ways. As a result, no one dares to say a word against him.
After finding out, in 2014 Umedar Md. Lokman Hossain took a job at the Dhaka Sadar Sub Registry Office at a daily basis of 60 taka to fulfill various terms and conditions of the sub registrar. After getting the job as Umedar, he slowly took over the office.
His dominance began , he begins to show his authority by intimidating everyone from the office assistant to the TC Mohra, Mohra, Umedar Lokman Hossain, who worked for only 7-8 years at a salary of Tk 60 is now the owner of crores of taka but 7-8 years ago, Lokman Hossain used to run a hotel with his mother behind the Dhaka registration office.
Lokman Hossain along with his mother used to deliver food to various people working at the Dhaka Registration Complex. Later he managed the district registrar and various leaders and Lokman took the job as Omader in Sadar Sub Registry Office.
A few days after that, Omedar Lokman started stealing millions of taka through corruption by harassing people in various ways.
At present he considers himself a great officer. Because he sits next to the assistant's table in the name of checking the documents, and allegedly collects bribes of millions by holding the donor-recipients hostage at wrong rates. But according to the rules, if the job of an Umedar is to follow the various orders of the sub registrar. But in reality it is not happening,
Umeda Lokman Hossain went outside the rules and checked the document and the assistant from whom the document was originally checked sits like a puppet because Umedar Lokman Hossain does not allow him to check the document.So he said he could not check the documents .
The common deed writer, the donor-recipients who come to land registry, demand that the Bangladesh Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) should take legal action regarding this irregularity, public harassment and all corruption of Omader Lokman immediately. He was not available for his comments.
