
Market monitoring in Raozan to keep essentials' price at tolerable level

Market monitoring has been conducted in Noajishpur, Raozan to keep the prices of daily necessities at a tolerable level on the occasion of Ramadan.
During this, a fine of 14 thousand taka has been imposed in 3 cases. The campaign was conducted at the Notun Hat Bazar in Noajishpur on Wednesday afternoon by the Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Anching Marma.
He said that various traders were fined a total of 14 thousand taka in 03 cases for not keeping price lists in visible places and selling expired food items. Regular mobile court campaigns will continue during the month of Ramadan to control prices and against dishonest hoarders and traders.
