14 years after death, a man’s intact body was found in a shroud buried in Rangpur city. There was no stain on the shroud of the corpse.

Such sensational incident happened in ‘Nabidiganj Goda-Shimla’ area of Rangpur city. Eyewitnesses said that clean sand was shining around the intact grave.

This rare incident happened during the transfer of graves during the work of the gas transmission pipeline along the ‘Rangpur-Kurigram’ regional highway on Thursday afternoon, May 30. Relatives and locals were surprised to see the dead body after a long time of death. Islamic scholars of Rangpur claim that the sustenance of people who obey Allah's rules is also in the grave. Nothing touches them.

It is learnt that during the construction of the gas transmission pipeline in ‘Goda Shimla’ area of Rangpur city along the ‘Rangpur-Kurigram’ regional highway, the relatives took the initiative to shift some local graves. After shifting four graves in the last two days, this sensational incident has been noticed while digging another grave. The body is wrapped in a white shroud. The ants did not touch the shroud or the body of the dead.

The body of the deceased is still facing the Qibla in the same way it was buried 14 years ago.

It is known that local centenarian Abdus Samad was buried there in 2010. At that time, he was more than 123 years old. Nur Un Nabi Islam, the son of late Abdus Samad, who participated in the exhumation of the body, said that on the day his father passed away in 2010, he himself walked from home and took a bath in the pond. He died soon after going home after taking a bath and sitting on a chair. Later, due to the widening of roads and public roads, the family cemetery fell into the road.

After this, the relatives took the initiative to shift the graves. After removing four graves including that of the younger mother in two days, when they started digging to remove the father's grave, the white shroud cloth was first seen.

At that time, the shoveling was stopped and the soil was removed by hand and the mirror-like sand was removed, and the body of the shroud was found intact. His dead father was found intact as the deceased was kept in 2010. Nothing was damaged in the grave. The bindings above the shroud cloth are also white. Later, his body was taken to another place and buried again. The son said, “My father used to pray five times in congregation. And used to cultivate agriculture. He was 123 years old. Please pray for him.”

Another son, Nuru Islam, said that he had left the clothes after performing Hajj in 1998. His father was buried with that cloth in 2010.

A large number of people gathered there after hearing the news of finding the body intact in the burial shroud. They were taking pictures and videos and posting them on the net.

After consulting the scholars in this regard, the dead body was immediately buried with others.
