She is a central leader of Awami Mahila League, her name is Labani. She has been accused of physically abusing a boat agent on duty inside the polling station in public.

According to the complaint, Chhabiha was working as a polling agent of Awami League nominated candidate Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun at the polling station of Paschim Rampur Government Primary School in Manohardi. She is a wife of Bachchu Mia of Char Sagardi village in Manohardi.

In her written complaint, it is learnt that the last January 7 election while walking, Umme Honey Labani, daughter of Ramiz Uddin of Char Ahmadpur village, entered the center. Labani entered their booth at around 12 noon and asked to know the identity of everyone present.

At this time Chabiha told her, "I am the agent of the boat that you are the leader of the party". Enraged by this, Labani physically harassed him in public during the voting period at the polling station. He slapped him on the face, Chhabiha said.

He also said, for the sake of peaceful polling, he suppressed the matter immediately. However, many people present there including plow agents witnessed the matter. He also said that the matter has been informed to the local and upazila Awami League leaders. He also submitted a written complaint in this regard to the Assistant Returning Officer and Manohardi Upazila Nirbahi Officer on the night of January 9.

Manohardi Upazila Nirbahi Officer Hashiba Khan said that there was such a complaint last night. He also said that necessary measures will be taken in this regard. The accused Awami Mahila League leader Umm Hani Labani has sworn to Allah by denying the allegations against her.

He said, "He did not slap her. Labani said that the complainant Chabiha had chosen the pineapple symbol against her father's candidate Ramiz Uddin in Khidirpur union in the last UP election. Nothing more than a mild argument happened with her at the Rampur polling station on January 7. He claims that a community in the area is trying to inflate it and give it a different look.
