Krishak Dal's plantation program in Rajbari in memory of martyrs in July-August

As part of the 36-day central program of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP, a tree plantation program was inaugurated at 11 am on Sunday in all districts, upazilas and metropolises including Dhaka under the joint initiative of the Nationalist Farmers' Party and 'Amar BNP Paribas' in memory of the martyrs of the July-August mass uprising titled 'Sabuj Pallabe Smriti Amlan' at Zia Udyan in Dhaka as the chief guest and Joint Secretary General Adv Ruhul Kabir Rizvi as the special guest.
In continuation of that, a tree plantation program was held at Khankhanapur Suraj Mohini Institute School and College grounds in Rajbari Sadar Upazila.
Adv. Md. Aslam Mia, vice-president of the Central Krishak Dal and joint convener of Rajbari District BNP, inaugurated the tree plantation program on the premises of the institution at around 2 pm on Sunday (July 20).
Present as special guests were District Krishak Dal member secretary Sirajul Alam Chowdhury, joint convener Abul Kalam Azad, Harunar Rashid Harun, District Volunteer Dal convener Md. Malek Khan, Khankhanapur Union BNP president Md. Shahinur Rahman Shahin, general secretary Md. Amjad Hossain, and district, upazila, and union level leaders.
At this time, Adv. Md. Aslam Mia said, "Our initiative is to plant trees in memory of the martyrs of July-August and to keep their memory alive." He further said, "This month last year, the fascist government of Sheikh Hasina began to fall, which ended on August 5. We must remember the students who were martyred in these two months and to fill the country with green and green, we have started this tree plantation program as per the instructions of the Center."
He also said that this tree planting program will continue in front of mosques in every union and ward of Rajbari district until next Friday.
