JnU Correspondent
Jagannath University (JnU) student organizations have taken various initiatives, including setting up admission information assistance centers and accommodation facilities, to assist admission seekers for the 2024-25 academic year undergraduate (honours) admission test
Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) set up two booths—one on the right side of the main gate and another on the left side of the third gate.
Islami Chhatra Andolan established a booth on the right side of the main gate, while the Bangladesh Chhatra Adhikar Parishad set up a booth near the second gate. On the other hand, Islami Chhatra Shibir has installed three assistance booths—one on the left side of the main gate, one on the left side of the second gate, and another on the right side of the third gate.
As part of the admission support activities, the booths are providing pens as a token of goodwill and ensuring the availability of clean drinking water for the admission seekers.
Asadul Islam, President of JnU Shibir, said, "Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir is an independent student organization that works for the welfare of students
A.K.M. Rakib, President of the Bangladesh Chhatra Adhikar Parishad JnU unit, stated, "Thanks to the university administration, the admission test is now being conducted independently instead of through the cluster system. The way active student organizations and various district welfare associations are assisting the admission seekers is helping to present a positive image of JnU.
