A meritorious student reception was held at Asna Government Primary School in Arambaria. Ishwardi Upazila Press Club President and National Journalist Society Central Organizing Secretary Touhid Akhter Panna, who spoke as the chief guest and handed over the crests and awards to the meritorious students, spoke at the reception organized by Salman Library last Wednesday morning.

In his speech as the chief guest, he told the students that all students should be good people.

At the same time, along with getting good results, one should follow the ideals of teachers and parents. He said that it is possible to become a worthy citizen by being a good person and getting good results.

Only if one can dedicate oneself to the country and the nation as a worthy citizen, teachers and local people will be proud of their parents. Under the chairmanship of Headmistress Tahmina Khatun and moderated by Teacher Lovely Yasmin, Shahidul Islam, Acting Chairman of Sara Union Parishad, spoke as a special guest.

GM Dolan, Joint General Secretary of Ishwardi Upazila Press Club, spoke on behalf of the organizers.

The students who participated in the program also shared their memories and expressed their feelings. The Salman Library authorities were congratulated by the guardians and teachers for organizing such a series of programs in Arambaria.

At the end of the program, the teachers showed the real picture of the water-filled school grounds and expected cooperation in renovating the school grounds and solving the water level problem.
