Ishwardi Press Club President Touhid Panna awarded

Staff Reporter of Dainik Janakantha and President of Ishwardi Upazila Press Club Touhid Akter Panna received the award for journalism.
The reception was organized by Ishradi Upazila Press Club and Ishradi TV Journalists Association at 9 pm on Monday at the Press Club auditorium.
Rafiqul Alam, Deputy Director, University of Science and Technology, Pabna addressed the function as the chief guest. Ishwardi Upazila Press Club Vice-President Ashraful Abedin presided over the function.
Police Sub-Inspector Ramzan Ali recited poems at the reception. Later, emeralds were greeted with flowers. Earlier, after Touhid Akhter Panna got off the train, officials and members of the Upazila Press Club, railway security personnel and people from different walks of life greeted him with flowers.
It is to be noted that on the occasion of World Human Rights Day, “Asia Human Rights Peace Award-2021” was given by the Asia Human Rights Foundation in recognition of the special contribution made by Bangladesh to the media at the Kachikanchar Mela Mancha in Segunbagicha.
