8 March will be celebrated all over the world. International Women's Day 2025. It is celebrated on any part of the world, somewhere or protest. Behind the day is the history of the fight for the rights of women workers. In many countries, the day is known as International Women Workers' Day. In 1908 women workers took to the streets of New York in the United States to protest against wage discrimination, work hours, inhuman and unhealthy environment of work. From that time on this day to make a place in history. In 1909, the American Socialist Party decided to celebrate Women's Day.

Women's Day was celebrated in Austria, Germany, Switzerland on 19 March in the 5th. Within a few years, Women's Day was celebrated separately on23 February 1913-1914, International Women's Day was celebrated for the first time in the state. The centenary of the day was celebrated in the 2011st. Every year we are celebrating the 114th International Women's Day in 2025.

This year's International Women's Day theme is for all women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment. " (Rights, equality, empowerment, development of women and daughters). International Women's Day. .The day is celebrated worldwide to prevent violence against women, ensure equal rights of men and women, recognize women's work as well as to celebrate economic, political and social success. Like other countries, Bangladesh has celebrated the day in different formalitiesAnd why women in the masculine society are half of why, even in the sky, the sky is being prevented from moving independently in every position. However, both the coins are on the back. On the one hand, the girls are equally successful in all kinds of professions in the rhythm with men. On the other hand, in our country, the fetus is still being killed in some villages, child marriage, torture for betting, slaughter. However, women's lives are celebrated every day.

In order to survive in this changing world, men and women should be brought in front of men. That is why the people of the state, society and the people of the country have to come forward. The vision has to change. This will improve the country and change the condition of women. Now everyone's face burst. No one's chest burst. Who said that the woman was ashamed. The air of the era has changed. Women do not remember pain. Men and women should be discriminated against by stopping violence against women. The masculinity has to be eliminated immediately.
Each day is somehow important to humans. To me, 8 March International Women's Day is such an important day. This is because Women's Day means an attempt to bring women and women to everyone as an important person in the society. It is a special way to tell the world how the woman is in the realization of her rights. A woman can build a nation with its well -being and strengthen a country by its well -being. There is no sector where women did not walk. From the work of handling the house, women are not far behind in difficult tasks such as coats, offices, offices, banks, banks, trade and commerce and even running the country. However, it is surprising to see that in the 1971ost century, we see that the main obstacle to women's development is the 'feminist outlook' which is not desirable at all. Yet in some work, men and women are discriminated against, which can be a barrier to the development of a country. In my opinion, a country becomes self -sufficient only when the women and men of that country get the job of working shoulder to shoulder. Women are participating in every developmental work even after being subjected to discrimination, torture in various fields, which is commendable.

The importance of Women's Day, Mahatma seems very humorous and secondary to many. Even the intellectuals who, the poet, the literary, the writers, say, what else is needed for Women's Day now? If you want to answer the words of women's day seriously, you must first say, what is the importance of Independence Day! What is the importance of victory day! What is the importance of Mother Language Day! Why do we observe these days seriously! Why the significance of it! Why do I repeatedly woke him up at the door of memory. So that people are not memorable. People should understand where their roots are. The more people will look for these roots, the more people return to the roots, the more people will strengthen their position and the place of thought will be read. It will also engage in life. Understand what to do, the future will see the future. For which we have to constantly understand the beginnings or roots again and again. Women's Day is of importance in that sense. Women have played an important role in the language movement of R122, and protested on the highway. Women participated in the great liberation war of 9 and fought alongside men in the war. Three lakh mothers and sisters have lost honor for independence.

These are many previous events. At that time a few people were educated. And now the education rate has increased. People's thoughts have improved. But whenever the question of women's rights has come up, people's thoughts seem to have seen that the progress of the society may have gone back two hundred years. We will talk about women's rights in the face, but will not allow the wife to work outside the house. At the time of marriage, the daughter's father should give dowry. If the girl is little educated then the good thing; But if highly educated then you have to say before marriage- the girl is doing what she is doing now, but she will not be able to work after marriage. We say big things in the face, but in reality the mentality of most is like this. Mothers have been given the highest honor in all religions. Islam says that the child is paradise under the feet of the mother. In the traditional religion it is said that the mother is bigger than heaven. Yet most women in real life do not receive their worthy respect.

Half of the people of the country are women. The development of the country and the nation is never possible by ignoring them. No one has ever given the rights of women. Why should they pass the law that they deserve? Women have to earn their own rights. They have to change their fate. There is no alternative to education. In this society, being born as a girl means that you have to fight throughout life. So every girl has to be educated in her own effort. The family that gets the support, the path to the walk will be easier; It goes without saying that the family who does not get support, will be difficult to walk. He has to fight this society and reach his own goals. And our men need to change their mindset.
Finally, without the sacrifice and love of mothers, it is not possible to develop human talent and maintain the stability of society. Mothers are the main foundations of society, the source of family tranquility.

This day is celebrated to establish women's rights and equality. One of the goals of International Women's Day is to have equal rights for men, to stop violence against women, create equal opportunities for education and jobs, and ensure women's empowerment.

Finally, I would like to say that Women's Day is the day of ethnic, group, linguistic, cultural, economic or political, the day of discriminatory women's achievements. On that day, women remember the history of the long struggle for their rights and set the path of the future, so that the coming days become more glorious for women. As a result, Women's Day reminds us that empowerment of women means not only for women, but also for the progress of society. If we really respect women, ensure equal opportunity and stand beside women, then it will be possible to form a beautiful, equally society. Let us promise on this Women's Day - in the society we will establish justice towards women, support women in every step and stand against all kinds of discrimination against women.
