Police is the last point of faith in Bangladesh people . Every member of the police should be obey theirs rules and regulations by law and orders. Do not try to shown own self as an exaggerated. Those who are officer and soldier both are servant of the people. First mandatory is security for the people. The police are committed to serve for the people at any moments.

Bangladesh Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam said in the speech of the chief guest that the interim government is working to make the police force political. After the fall of the fascist regime, the country is free and the work to eliminate discrimination continues. The government is thinking of technology to modernize the police.

IGP visited and felicitated the 40th cadet SI 2023 batch of training passing out organized by Bangladesh Police Academy (BPA), Sardah on Wednesday morning.

At list 480 trainee cadets (SIs) including 22 women officers participated in this batch. Assistant Superintendent of Police Md. Rezaul Karim served as parade commander at that time. Later he distributed prizes among the achievers of excellence in various subjects. Cadet (SI) Badiuzzaman as Best Academy, Nazrul Islam as Best in Field Activities, Cadet Nayan Kumar Dhali as Best Shooter and Swimmer as Cadet (SI) and Cadet (SI) for excellence in all subjects. ) presented Best Cadet Medal to Rafiqul Islam.

Finally, the IGP called upon the young officers to be inspired by the spirit of patriotism and devote themselves to the service of the country and gave various directive speeches. He said, about 90 percent of the police force is done by SI. While performing their duties, care should be taken that no one is unjustly harassed. In particular, all categories of disabled women and men should be considered. New cadets complete basic training and with it increasing responsibilities. Everyone should learn every moment. The police force is committed to serving the country.
