An Iftar Mahfil was held on Saturday with the well-wishers of Khulna-4 constituency (Rupsha, Terkhada and Dighalia) upazila at the VIP 2nd floor of Hotel New Star & Kebab in Farmgate, Dhaka.

The chief guest was the public leader Principal Maulana Kabirul Islam, Principal, Atlia Siddique Alim Madrasa, Terkhada and nominated candidate of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami for Khulna-4 constituency.

The special guest was Prof Maulana S.M. Enamul Haque, newly elected president, North Khulna SMA Majid Memorial Secondary School.

The program was moderated by Adv. Kamrul Hasan Palash, Member Secretary.

In the speech of the chief guest Maulana Kabirul Islam said, "The upcoming victory of the Khulna-4 people is a victory. I have been wandering in Terkhada with this attack case in my heart, I have spent hundreds of days in jail, but I have not bowed my head. InshaAllah, victory will come."

At this time, among others, former president of Terkhada Thana Bangladesh Islamic Chhatra Shibir, Golam Rabbani, spoke and said, "The people of Rupsha, Terkhada and Dighalia want peace. There is no place for extortionists here. Our people are ready to continue the fight for Islam. Victory will come, long live the revolution.
