"The Constitution of 1972 was written on the basis of Mujibist ideology. We consider this constitution of fascist ideology to be in conflict with the new Bangladesh. The constitution which creates a monstrous fascist power like Awami League and a genocidal "Prime Minister" like Hasina, needs to be changed.

All the actions of the current interim government will be legally valid only if the next elected government is ratified by the parliament

Bobby Hajjaz also said in a special press conference at NDM Banani's office today on October 24 demanding banning of Awami League in Bangladesh. "For the last 15 and a half years, Awami fascism has installed and empowered its loyal, partisan, thuggish supporters in every part of the state and at every level of administration.

These friends of Awami fascism are not cooperating with the present government from the highest level of the state to the Union Parishad. We want the complete removal of fascism”.
